We are seeking an Office and Sales Assistant to support the President and Business Manager (owners) and assist with potential sales and customers via phone, email and walk-ins. Qualifications: -Excellent communication and telephone skills -Speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher -Must be punctual, reliable and accountable for assigned tasks -Demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative -Must have good organization skills and record keeping -Able to communicate effectively via phone and email -Ability to interact professionally and courteously with co-workers and customers -Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment -Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude -Experience with Photo Editing a plus -Previous Sales/Marketing experience a plus This is a full time position (40 hours-8:30 am to 5:30 pm) *Some training will be necessary Please call Janet at 727-522-2700 for any questions between 10 am and 5:00 pm.
