Full Job Description: We are a family-owned Water Restoration business with a casual atmosphere We are seeking a preferably, highly experienced individual with managerial experience in the mold/restoration industry to join our team as a office assistant. This is a part time position that can lead into full time. The role demands a leader with the interpersonal and organizational skills to continue achieving our goals of delivering excellent customer service to both our clients and insurance/public adjusters. This includes new customer intakes, following up with insurance companies, attorneys, public adjusters, etc. · Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
