Full Job Description: We are a family Water restoration company seeking a preferably, highly experienced individual hopefully with experience in the Mold/Restoration industry to join our team as Office Assistant. If you have customer service experience, we can teach you / Part time or Full time. The role demands a someone with the interpersonal and organizational skills to continue achieving our goals of delivering excellent customer service to both our clients and insurance/public adjusters. The successful candidate will have experience performing a wide range of administrative activities related to the restoration industry. This includes new customer intakes, following up with insurance companies, attorneys, public adjusters, etc.
