Office Coordinator

We are a digital media company located in the northwest Houston metro area and are looking for an office coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Coordinate meeting calendar and appointments Purchase and track office supplies Develop and maintain a filing system Handle and field client phone calls Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Provides information by answering questions and requests. Coordinate with suppliers Work hours are in the office Monday - Friday 9AM-5:30PM Experience and qualifications: 2-3 years of prior experience as an administrative assistant. High school diploma with additional college level courses in business administration Administrative writing skills Proficient in computer skills and software applications (MS Office suite, Adobe, email, file sharing software) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with QuickBooks is a big plus
