Office Coordinator at Creative Spaces Real Estate Company

Confidential New Haven, Connecticut

This is a part time position, ideally three days per week (up to 30 hours) starting at $18/hour. Ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and impeccable organizational skills and preferably an interest in real estate but also the arts! Core responsibilities: \\- Maintain a high level of occupancy and participate in leasing activity from start to finish (create/post ads, conduct viewings, lease preparation, etc.). \\- Tenant billing, collections, and file management using AppFolio software (experience with this property management software a plus). \\- Act as the primary point of contact to tenants, visitors, and vendors for all matters related to the successful day to day operation/maintenance of the properties \\- Work closely with vendors, staff, and management to effectively coordinate any building and office needs/requirements \\- Locate, vet and schedule contractors \\- Read, interpret, and prepare well written business correspondences and a wide range of documents/notices \\- Organize and maintain the physical, digital, and cloud based filing systems \\- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as mailing, photocopying, scanning, sorting mail and ensure the office is tidy/presentable \\- Coordinate rentals, advertising and social media in Hudson Valley \\- Maintain, post and manage social media/ website/advertising Qualifications: \\- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience \\- Minimum 5 years work experience related to administration and customer service.
