**Pay Range:** $15.31- $17.12 per hour, depending on education and experience **Position Summary:** The Office Manager is responsible for managing daily operations and financial activities in the Department of Business (DoB) while providing administrative support to the department head, faculty, Professional Golf Management (PGM) program, and general college staff. The Office Manager serves as the first point of contact for the department. - Four (4) or more years office administrative support experience - Working with budget reports and financial statements - Knowledge of financial record-keeping methods - Advanced Excel skills for summarizing data and preparing reports - Researching, interpreting, applying and explaining complex information - Process improvement and documentation of processes - Composing and editing correspondence - Solving problems and performing liaison activities in a professional setting - Coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements - Proficiency in Banner, Argos, Zoom and PeopleAdmin software - Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in higher education Please address all required and applicable preferred qualifications in your letter of qualification.
