A bookkeeper/office manager for a growing construction company. This position is full-time. Knowledge of construction industry, but willing to train the right candidate. Perform daily accounting tasks and review monthly financial reporting. Education/Experience Requirements: * 1-3 Years’ Experience in a Related Position * Accounting experience a strong plus * Attention to detail, strong organizational and computer skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks a must * Prior experience with a construction company a strong plus RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer incoming calls, forward messages * Prepare communications – write/edit documents/specs * Filing/Office Organization * Data Entry & Accounts Receivable * Office Supplies * Customer service & relations * Social Media/Blogs/Post * Accounting experience a strong plus * Attention to detail, strong organizational and computer skills * Strong English language and communication skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks a must * Prior experience with a construction company a strong plus but not required SKILLS: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional organizational and project management abilities * Light bookkeeping skills * Great ability to focus * Adept at social media techniques to generate leads and grow the company * Calm under pressure * Learning based * Service-based attitude * Proven ability to succeed * Marketing experience is a big plus * Being able to work independently SOFTWARE SKILLS: * QuickBooks Online & Microsoft – Word, Excel, and Outlook * Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, Website
