- Travel – book hotels, air and logistics for off-site events including meeting rooms and hotel rooms - Communications – Work with employees to establish and publish communications to employees and clients - Office supplies – Order supplies as needed for all staff and clients. - Marketing / Social Media – Help management and employees establish a marketing plan and be responsible for managing social media - Advertising – Place ads when needed and work with management to ensure that our marketing campaigns are published when needed - New clients – establish and maintain paperwork for new clients and ensure that the necessary employees are connected to the new clients as needed - Management Meetings – prepare agenda and documentation for management meetings as needed - Miscellaneous – work with management to ensure that all operations of the facility are in working order and alert management when adjustments need made. - Office Upkeep – ensure that the facility and office are maintained, clean and in proper order as expected by management.
