Take care of all bookkeeping, tax preparations, P&L recording, phone answering, advertising, social media presence, web sight updating, picture taking of jobs mail getting and processing, bill paying, rental property handling etc. This person would have a good attitude at all times even under pressure, be truthful and dependable at all times.
