Job Details: Aesthetic medical services such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, Body sculpting and Lasers, performed at practice. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet, check-in/check-out clients Handle payments, answer phone calls, emails Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades Manage appointments, doctor’s schedule Create engaging writing and video content on social media platforms during downtime Make and edit videos and photos Follow all office policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies Ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner Perform other job-related duties as requested Requirements: Excellent communication skills and absolute professionalism are mandatory Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Must have experience in the digital content creation or beauty industry sales experience Present oneself with a neat and professional appearance Must live in New York (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn or Bronx) Drug test/ Background check will be conducted as part of pre-employment screening process Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, PR, Mass Media, Advertising, Writing preferred Skills: Excellent sales skills, extravert personality, high energy Familiarity of the industry booking systems (Vagaro, Ringcentral, Mindbody) Excellent writing skills for beauty blog or Instagram posts Photoshop, Canva, client email apps, MS Office, PowerPoint Social media/content creation skills for Instagram, TicTok (video/pics) Experience: Must have 2 years of administrative experience in beauty, medspa industry, luxury goods sales (proved with paystubs, former employer contacts and recommendation letters), and be able to create social media content Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm Compensation: Base ($25-30/h) + Sales Commission, earning potential up to 100K Benefits: Up to 4 weeks paid vacations Medical benefits Flexible hours Employee discount for Aesthetic Procedures Paid time off Paid holidays Beautiful office with a nice view We are looking for a creative person who enjoys interacting with people, writing, and creating social media content.
