Position open until filled This position requires heavy phone and email contact with new and existing customers and prospects who have contacted the company with an interest in products or services. This position is responsible for shipping and tracking products and conference needs. • Updating existing customers information by calling • Answering incoming phones/emails regarding our products • Contacting conferences and sending advertising material • Contacting clients for follow up on orders and products • Data entry and updating into an ACT database • Handling email responses on orders • Shipping and tracking all orders • Proof reading materials • Testing simulators prior to shipping • Website and social media management • Other duties as assigned Required • 2+ year of office experience and customer service • Self motivated • Ability to be flexible and handle daily distractions • Excellent friendly verbal and writing skills • Comfortable with heavy phone contact • Understand the small business spirit • Desire to provide customer service and increase sales • Comfortable working in a small family business • Lift 50 lbs • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Provide weekly updated spreadsheets on prospects and conferences • High School Diploma/GED required Who Should Apply? • Be comfortable working Monday to Thursday permanent part time • Consider themselves self motivated • Like a busy and relaxed atmosphere • Be responsible for their own workspace and projects • Desire to learn all aspects of simulation training, simulators and products Who Should NOT Apply? No person will be considered that has not had at least 2+ years office experience.
