Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Offline Media Marketing Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing offline media campaigns across channels such as Linear TV, CTV, radio, podcasts, and direct mail to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition. Key responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize offline media campaigns to achieve ROAS and CPA targets Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, media planning, measurement, and optimization Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in planning and optimizing offline media channels Proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition through offline media Strong understanding of offline media measurement methodologies Experience with CRM platforms and Google Analytics
