Job Purpose: To connect with customers using different social media platforms. Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer Service -Negotiate prices or terms of sales online using Facebook or WhatsApp. -Prepare and submit sale orders -Product or service sales. -Maintain customer records, -Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms online or over the phone. -Create advertisements for social media platforms -Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements \\- High School diploma or equivalent -1 -2 years of Sales experience Preferred Skills -Knowledge of Microsoft office products Excel and Word -Knowledge of promotional methods Additional Notes: -Will assist in other areas as needed
