We are seeking a bright and energetic On-Site Senior Community Manager for a LIHTC tax credit building in Bellevue, Washington. The community manager will be responsible for 51 units and all aspects of community operations. This dynamic position includes a two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage income growth Supervise and training of staff members Resolve resident issues Coordinating vacant unit turnover process Process Applications Lease apartments Collect rent and control delinquency Schedule lease renewals Tax Credit, affordable housing Prepare competitive rent survey reports Enforce house rules and company policies Coordinate marketing, advertising, and presentation Requirements: Proficient with Word, Excel, and management software. Yardi experience preferred 5 years of experience managing a conventional apartment community in Washington.
