On-site recruiter/administrator(Hiring Immediately!!)

Let’s Work USA is a busy and reputable staffing agency looking for our next Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter This position is located in Jacksonville Hours: Training Monday- Friday 4:30am-9:30am (on site) & 2hrs remote. Salary: Based on experience ( $16.50) Environment: Onsite at recycling facility Benefits & Bonuses offered: Ability to execute your own recruitment strategies & ideas Benefits and monthly incentives Emphasis on health and safety in the workplace Opportunity to grow and develop with the company Friendly team environment Medical coverage plan Travel compensation (if applicable) Responsibilities: Full cycle recruiting (Reviewing resumes, phone screening potential applicants, conducting interviews) Responsible for administrative functions Filling clients orders (on-site recruiting, daily interviews etc.) Advertising and recruiting efforts (posting online job boards, community centers etc) Maintaining relations with both employee and client Staying current and adhering to company policies and procedures Completing and submitting reports, applications, paperwork accurately and timely Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Post secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent working experience Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.) Skills in database management and record keeping Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Excellent organizational skills Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Ability to travel between locations - Access to a vehicle is MANDATORY Comfortable taking direction and working in a team environment Interested applicants who meet the requirements are asked to submit a resume and also contact Daniela @ 754-215-4408 Register today, Let's Work tomorrow!
