On the Ground Content Producer

Role Description This is a full-time, in-person, On the Ground Content Producer role based in Seattle, WA. The On the Ground Content Producer is responsible for capturing, and producing content at live events, client locations, and other on-site activations. Day-to-day tasks include filming video, and collaborating with social media managers, clients, strategists, and account teams to ensure that content aligns with brand goals.

The On the Ground Content Producer is expected to balance creative initiative with practical execution, meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Content Production skills, including planning, capturing, and packaging on-the-ground content.Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including shooting and basic lighting and audio for digital platforms.Experience producing content in live or on-site environments, preferably within an agency or brand setting.Proficiency with common production cameras (e.g., DSLR or mirrorless cameras, open-gate shooting a plus).Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and with cross-functional teams.Great client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing on-the-ground requirements.Owning your own gear beyond an iPhone is a big plus!
