One United is hiring: Media & Advertising Analyst in Miami

We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Media and Advertising Analyst as we continue to grow our in-house marketing team. This role will be responsible for compiling data across platforms into a consolidated report, analyzing the data (mining for key insights from campaign performance), and reporting/providing actionable insights on the data to help drive strategic marketing decisions. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Social Media, and the ideal candidate should have a strong quantitative background, ability to synthesize data for storytelling, and a passion for uncovering trends and patterns in data. Assist with the development of reporting processes and workflows Ongoing collaboration with leadership and in-house creative teams to understand and optimize campaign strategy and structure Reports and delivers insights leading to opportunities for optimizing partnerships, targets, and tactics and troubleshoots data discrepancies. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following experience: Proficient in Google Workspaces (advanced spreadsheet knowledge preferred), Site Catalyst (or similar), Tableau, SQL, Tealium, DFA, DMP Proficient in Google Analytics 360 and Google Campaign Manager (must have clear understanding of site tagging) Advanced knowledge of digital/social media ad platforms (Google Ad Network; Meta Ads Manager) Ability to work cross-functionally with media, marketing, business intelligence, as well as external PR agencies, to drive brand awareness and brand consideration.
