Online Advertising Manager

We are looking for a talented Online Advertising expert with 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Amazon.com and Google. This position is key to the continued success of our ecommerce strategy. Responsibilities: Monitoring and optimizing paid search and media campaigns to drive incremental sales Managing budget and forecasting results from campaigns Launching new paid media campaigns to target and then retarget engaged customers Working with our Design team to develop creative that appeals to our end users and is appropriate for where they are in the customer funnel Running continuous A/B tests to improve campaign performance and efficiency Developing an understanding of customer personas and behavior Amazon-specific experience managing both ROAS-focused and brand building campaigns with budgets more than $500K annually Requirements 3+ years direct experience managing Search, Display and Video advertising on Amazon and Google Ability to modify strategies based on new data or changes to market conditions Experience creating or a strong understanding of test and learn strategies A solid understanding of Ad campaign metrics and how to align them with business goals Experience partnering to develop and manage content for advertising and product pages Strong follow through on deliverables and the ability to manage many different tasks at once Ability to work within a team and independently Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred This position reports to the Head of Marketing.
