Position Overview The Online Advertising & Sales Manager (OASM) will be the organizational leader in the digital advertising efforts, playing a critical role in meeting revenue and attendance goals. The goal for the OASM is to increase the percentage and volume of online retail sales with regard to traditional sales. • Secondary manager reports are to the Director of Ticket and Retail Operations and to the President. • Bonus based on performance and meeting revenue goals will be up to 10% of annual salary. • Experience in marketing and analytics is required.
