Main Responsibilities • Conduct internal and external research to build media analyses, objectives, and strategies • Set up campaigns in Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels • Create and present media plans and proposals, including costs • Align campaign strategies and goals with the Highnoon internal team • Work cross-functionally with team members to define the best messaging and creative approaches for Media campaigns • Analyze performance, develop hypotheses, and work with campaign managers to test recommendations • Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques, and/or platforms and channels to leverage in order to meet brand goals • Involvement in Media department discussions and meetings along with work cross-functionally amid various team members • Keep leadership informed of daily and weekly activity Requirements • 4+ years of relevant marketing or advertising experience in Media • Bachelor's Degree • Any Agency experience is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 suite of tools • General broad knowledge of marketing, media, and advertising is a must • Familiarity with any Media-related tools or project management platforms is a plus • Must be comfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis • Proactive learner with strong ownership skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once • Approaches work with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize your efforts as needed
