About TP We are seeking an energetic Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute targeted, multichannel campaigns for IT Service offerings. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this position manages ABM strategies including 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns. - Develop and execute ABM strategies, creating tailored 1:1 campaigns and scalable 1:Few programs for key accounts and decision-makers - Coordinate closely with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success to align account strategies and marketing priorities - Oversee campaign implementation through various channels, including paid media, social selling, events, email, and customized content with the goal of increasing revenue and market influence - Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo to monitor campaign performance and refine results - Produce compelling materials specific to target accounts, including videos and customized templates - Train and educate field teams on effective ABM methods to support successful program rollout - At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience for IT Services, with a minimum of 3 years in ABM-focused functions - Proficient with Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce - Proven track record delivering high-return campaigns within fast-paced conditions - Strong project management, analytical, and communication abilities - Willingness to travel for business as needed
