Online Marketing Manager (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media)

Overview JPG is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will be communicating with clients each month in regards to their marketing campaigns, providing updates on ROI, reports, etc. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsAbility to track leads and measure resultsWorking with CRM systems to help clientsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceWriting content, posting blogs, etcMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsSocial media account managementHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementCreative writing, writing for SEO, writing to promote keywordsCommunicate with web designs, developers, Google/Facebook Ads managers
