Assistant Property Manager P/T position becoming available for a Commercial Property Manager in Sanger, CA. We are a small family business that has been around for over 30+ years. Position is for 25 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility. Job responsibilities: Establish rental rates Attract tenants by advertising vacancies Contracts with tenants by negotiating and reviewing leases Collecting rents Respond to after-hours emergency situations at the property Light maintenance and surveying possible problems and working with subcontractors Enforce occupancy policies Basic MS Office skills (i.e. Word/Excel)
