Home Builder has an opening for an Open House Host/Marketing person who is creative, self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal oriented, and above all honest. As the Open House Host you will greet potential home buyes at our new homes, showing them through the home explaining the amenities and features of our homes.You will interact with potential and existing home buyers to ensure a positive home buying experience. As the Marketing person you will market and promote new home sales by generating leads through content and social media marketing, customer contact, referrals, and other creative means to generate home sales. You will promote our brand and community through updating and adding content to company website, Facebook page, blog, and generate community quarterly newsletter.
