Candidate must have strong contract review and redline experience, experience working with legal / compliance teams. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication & administrative skills. Candidates with a strong knowledge base of digital media Operations including video, display and connected TV, Advanced TV and insights-based advertising experience a plus. rates, impressions, legal language and policy compliance • Review legal language as it pertains to IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) terms and conditions • Review contracts to ensure that they meet predefined policies including privacy policies and guidelines as provided by Client Ads, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and various other contracts • Review and Redline contracts to be a liaison between legal teams and Business Affairs / Operations teams • Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner • Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations • Create logs of compliance issues and red flags • Communicate with Client Ads legal team to resolve any contractual language concerns • Qualifications : 1-3 years working in an organization that supports digital Advertising Sales functions • Administrative / Contract management experience • Contract Review / Redline experience • Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have : flexible working hours • Top Must Haves : Ability to review & Redline contracts, • Experience working with legal / compliance teams, • Skills with Insertion Order (IO) and IAB
