Our creative & performance marketing expertise, combined with Valtech's market reach & resources, will accelerate Valtech's... expansion of marketing services in North America. We're looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist that will act as the central hub, helping to serve multiple of our internal teams, including Paid Media, Project Management,Data and Creative. The Ad Ops Specialist will work closely with the Project Management team to communicate all deadlines for specs, creative and ad trafficking to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Roles & Responsibilities • Set up digital campaigns in the ad-serving network (Campaign Manager) • Launch Campaigns, QA assets and identify errors • Coordinate and build media workflows • Lead communication between publishers and media team • Create spec decks and build out timelines for deliverables • Traffic ad assets to publishers • Keep a pulse on all active tasks, ensuring resources are up to speed and clear on deliverables. • Certifications in Google analytics and any other relevant technology platforms • Experience in Campaign Manager • Knowledge of the digital media landscape and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and publishers at one time.
