Key Responsibilities : Keying advertising orders into the order management system (OMS) correctly and prior to deadline, and trafficking of orders to outside printersAssisting sellers in using the OMS efficiently and clearing credit, gathering information for accurate digital adjustments and other account issues, if neededTrafficking orders to vendors and managing completion of the orders and campaigns, including small business campaigns, social media posts and associated social advertising campaign, and orders to outside printersQualifications, Training, and Education : 2+ years' experience in media is preferredBachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to pivot priorities throughout the dayAbility to work as a team as all hubs must run identically and will help each other as workflow ebbs / flowsProject management certification is optional Last updated : 2024-03-05
