Operations Administrative Assistant

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, sorting and distributing mail that may include confidential information, and compiling documents for meetings. • Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization. • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, and creating correspondence. • Expert level written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision- making capability • Emotional maturity • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions • Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership development • Punctual • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, personnel, and agency information • Type minimum 60 wpm • Positive, upbeat, self-starting, and can-do attitude • Enthusiasm to help without being asked • Ability to listen carefully and take direction well • Knowledge of applicable processes, techniques, and methods • Knowledge of company practices, policies, and procedures • Professional demeanor • Ability to analyze data and solve problems • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees and the public Working conditions This is a full-time position. Depending on task needs overtime may be needed.
