GPS Impact is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team. This position will be based out of our office located in Washington, DC. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Schedule calls and zoom meetings for GPS management team \\- Book travel for GPS management team \\- Coordinate travel/logistics for GPS video team \\- Provide support for operations/finance team on special projects \\- Office management/coordination \\- Accounts Payable data entry \\- Answer operator line \\- Monitor and stock office supplies \\- Reviewing and monitor the info email account \\- Greet visitors upon arrival \\- Maintain relationships with building staff \\- Collect and disseminate incoming mail, responsible for outgoing mail and packages \\- Maintain door security software, including assignment of keyfobs REQUIREMENTS: \\- Previous experience in an office environment \\- Highly organized \\- Detail oriented \\- Attention to confidentiality \\- Self-motivated \\- Willingness to learn on the job \\- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, often unpredictable, and sometimes stressful environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: \\- Previous scheduling experience \\- QuickBooks Online INSTRUCTIONS To apply, please respond to this posting with an cover letter and resume.
