Operations Manager

Candidates should be passionate about the development of small business and the opportunity for growth in an emerging industry in Hawaii. - Answering phones and responding to clients/ customers - Managing client accounts and client communication - Daily clerical tasks - Coordinating & dispatch logistics for scheduling - up to 15 crews daily consisting of over 40 employees - Work directly with General & Operations Manager to ensure/ improve efficiency - Managing GPS system for fleet - Vendor relations - Inventory management, ordering, and tracking - Managing marketing and social media outlets Required Qualifications: - A minimum of 1-year experience in a professional, office setting - Confidence in the ability to perform required work - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and task-oriented environment - An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude - Exceptional time management skills and ability to identify ways to improve overall efficiently - Initiative to improve current policies and procedures - Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel operating systems - Ability to identify strategies to advertising/ marketing improvements - internal & external sales - Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills (internal & external) - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently - Flexible schedule, ability to respond to inquiries outside of typical business hours Desired Qualifications:
