We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to oversee process development and training initiatives, vendor and partner management, technology partnerships, and new employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, coupled with the ability to drive efficiency and excellence across various operational functions. We're a no-excuses, results-driven group who generally believe in being good people who "do the right thing" and have fun while we're doing it. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor capabilities and suitability for ongoing partnerships. We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team.
