Operations & Marketing Manager

About Us This is a hands-on role responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing digital marketing, and supporting company growth. Operations • Manage inventory, orders, and fulfillment for Shopify and wholesale accounts • Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and distributors • Track shipments, restocks, and product documentation • Organize trade show materials and logistics Marketing • Oversee social media scheduling, influencer collaborations, and email campaigns • Update product listings and promotions on Shopify and other marketplaces • Assist with digital ads (Meta, Google) and brand photography coordination • Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or brand management • Experience with Shopify, social media marketing, and Excel/Google Sheets • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Background in skincare, cosmetics, or medical products is a plus • Self-starter who can work independently and with a small team
