About The Role

The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and completion of timely transit graphics installations (ex. Buses, benches, and station shelters). This role partners with sales, design, print, installation, external vendors, and transit authorities to keep projects moving accurately and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Coordinate project details across sales, design, print, installation, vendors, and customers to support successful campaign executionServe as a key point of contact for project updates, timelines, deliverables, and customer communicationReview orders for accuracy, manage order entry, and maintain required project documentation in the ERP systemManage installation schedules in coordination with customers, sales, installers, and subcontractors to meet standard lead timesIdentify, negotiate with, schedule, and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractorsRespond to customer concerns and provide excellent service during and after installationManage purchase orders and vendor invoices in coordination with the finance teamWork with internal teams to support process improvements and operational efficiencyContribute to team goals by completing related tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams knowledge required.Understanding of project management principles and best practices.Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Customer service oriented.Ability to work independently or in a team.NetSuite knowledge is considered a plus.
