The function of the Recruiter role is to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support the growth of Southwest Freightlines and builds our team of qualified Commercial Driver License (CDL) drivers, through sourcing, identifying, and screening applicants to meet the customer’s needs. • Provides thorough information on Southwest Freightlines to candidates and promotes the organization through explanation of benefits provided by the employer. • Maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations including the Department of Transportation (DOT). • Always maintains compliance with Southwest Freightlines company policies. • Communicates with new, current, and previous applicants on opportunities within the Southwest Freightlines organization.
