The order processer assists our Order processing/customer service manager with all aspects of order processing, from order entry to order shipping. We operate primarily within the fast paced deadline- driven specialty advertising/promotional products space, and as such every step of the customer service and order entry process is time sensitive. We sell primarily to the promotional products/advertising-specialty industry, but also direct to the consumer with online and Amazon sales. Stay in communication with Art Dept and production team, about delayed proof approvals; follow-up with client if ship date is in jeopardy Assist Accounting dept with packing slips, invoices, and billing for order shipments as needed.
