Oregon Coast - Hotel GM & AGM Positions

SUMMARY of POSITION Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hotel Operations including guest satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, facilities management, and revenue optimization. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and satisfactory manner within industry quality standards. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT *Provide leadership and daily direction to the hourly staff to ensure they are staying on tasks with job duties and projects. Perform duties in all aspects of hotel operations whenever needed. *Any other duties directed by the Director of Operations SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the operation of all property departments; directly supervise employees at the hotel, ensuring all employees are guest-first focused, punctual, wearing any assigned uniforms, and staying productive; Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all Hotel staff.
