Key Responsibilities -Develop and grow new business within the Miami Dade market -Prospect, cold call, and network to build a strong pipeline of clients -Present creative advertising solutions to local and regional businesses -Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers -Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals -Track all sales activity and client interactions through our CRM -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and campaign delivery Qualifications: -4–5 years of experience in advertising sales or media sales (required) -Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals -Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven -Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to clients -Must be based in Miami and available for daily in-person meetings Job Type: Full-time
