If you’re motivated to improve yourself and the lives of those around you, we’d love to have you as a member of the Blue Lotus team! *No experience is necessary *No background checks (we don't care about your past) *No drug testing (we don't care what you do with your body) *Work remotely *Set your own schedule (you can work weekends if you want) *No limit to your income potential *Option to come on board as a part-time or full-time Inbound Sales Team Member with salary and benefits on top of your commission *Potential for promotion to management position regardless of education or work experience (we believe results are more important than paperwork) RESPONSIBILITIES *Search for businesses in an area *We prefer to work with Attorneys and Contractors, but if there’s a business type you feel more comfortable working with, you’re welcome to call on them. *Do some quick research on the company using application we provide (takes 30 seconds) *Cold call businesses about Google Adwords advertising *Once you have a few sales under your belt, you can add selling SEO and Web Development to your sales calls, which will increase your income opportunity by a minimum of $500 per sale. *Make at least 100 calls each week in order to stay active on the Sales Team (estimated time to make 100 calls: 3-5hrs) REQUIREMENTS *Phone and internet connection (preferably a desktop or laptop computer to make prospecting easier) *Zoom App (you’ll use the Zoom Phone app–it’s the same app, but after you become a User on our account, you’ll have see an option to make calls from the app) *PayPal or Zelle (so we can pay you quickly) *Basic English and grammar skills *Decent phone presence *After you make your first sale, we’ll be required to send you a 1099, in which case we’ll need to collect the following information from you: full name, address, phone number, tax id number. *On average, it takes our new Sales Team Members 6-8 hours of calls before they get their first sale.
