Enjoy a Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM schedule with paid holidays, blending office work with field sales. Earn a first-year total compensation potential of $60,000 - $80,000, inclusive of commissions, based on experience and performance. Comfort in initiating cold calls both over the phone and in person. Ability to deliver oral presentations and clearly communicate policies and procedures. Alignment with our values of inclusivity, communicating effectively with diverse social, cultural, and educational backgrounds. Willingness to learn new technologies and systems. Skill in effective time management and self-organization. Enthusiasm for immersing yourself in the outdoor advertising industry to advocate its benefits to businesses and customers. Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform well under varying workloads. Strong relationship-building ability to earn trust. Capable of meeting sales quotas and applying general sales strategies. Self-motivated to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Resilient when faced with rejection. Education and Experience:

Current and valid Driver's License is required. A college degree is preferred. Prior outdoor advertising sales experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with CRM software is preferred. A day in the life of an Outbound Sales Representative:

On a typical day, you will:

Meet and surpass sales targets, monitoring your sales data and reports. Engage with businesses in your assigned area, visiting both established Lamar clients and competitors’ clients within designated timelines. Possess a working understanding of local and national competition. Cluster accounts efficiently for optimal servicing. Identify growth opportunities and open new accounts. Utilize Lamar’s computer tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and conduct research. Develop your presentation skills using computer tools and present to clients regularly. Enhance your product knowledge and selling skills continuously. Actively engage in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows. Perform administrative tasks such as managing sales plans in advance, addressing client production orders, and maintaining organized records of client interactions and sales activities. Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role entails working in both an office environment and in the field making sales calls and servicing existing accounts. Physical demands may include light lifting, visual tasks, and significant time spent standing and walking. Travel and overnight stays are minimal, less than 10% of the time. Who we are:
