The primary goal of this position is to expertly install and maintain billboards, which encompasses the installation of advertisements, upkeep of structures, and aesthetic maintenance of billboard displays. What We Need from You: • Strong communication skills with fluency in English • Willingness to collaborate and work well in a team environment • Basic computer skills, including navigating the Internet and using Microsoft Word & Excel • Commitment to adhering to Lamar's safety standards while performing tasks • Ability to work from ladders and transport tools to work sites • Knowledge of electrical skills and techniques • Familiarity with fabrication skills and engineering concepts • Capability to read technical documents like blueprints and diagrams • Understanding of Lamar, DOT, and OSHA safety regulations • Competence in safely operating construction equipment • Comfortable working at heights and climbing • Skill in documenting installations through photographs and written logs • Mathematical skills relevant to construction tasks • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical Demands and Work Environment: • The work is conducted primarily outdoors in various weather conditions, including climbing up to 200 ft. • Physical requirements include heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs.
