The primary responsibility of this role is to install and maintain billboards—this includes installing advertisements, performing maintenance on structures, and ensuring the billboards remain aesthetically appealing. You will work as part of an installation crew, bringing creative visions to life.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishA willingness to collaborate and work well with othersBasic computer skills including internet navigation and Microsoft Word & ExcelThe ability to adhere to safety standards while performing tasksCapability to work from ladders and transport tools to job sitesKnowledge in electrical and fabrication skillsSkill in understanding technical documents like blueprintsKnowledge of safety regulations from Lamar, DOT, and OSHAExperience safely operating construction equipmentThe ability to work at heights and document installationsMathematical skills relevant to construction tasksThe ability to prioritize job responsibilitiesEducation and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's licenseCompletion of the OSHA 10-hour Construction coursePreferred certifications, including CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD depending on locationPrevious experience working at heights, ideally up to 200 ft.Or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePlease note: Upon application, expect to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment to evaluate your fit for the role. Your Daily Activities May Include:

Installing and maintaining various types of BillboardsRemoving and hanging flexes, vinyls; cutting and preparing materials for installationsConducting repairs, including tightening bolts, painting structures, changing light bulbs, and performing minor electrical repairsBuilding extensions, handling storm damage repairs, and cleaning up job sitesUsing power and manual tools while complying with safety regulationsAttending required safety meetingsMaintaining vehicles, tools, and equipmentDocumenting completed work through photographs and logsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is primarily outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions and heights up to 200 ft.Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), extensive bending, and climbingNights away from home are rare, under 10%On-call shifts may be necessaryAbout Us:
