A high school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's licenseCompletion of the OSHA 10-hour Construction coursePreferred certifications, including CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD depending on locationPrevious experience working at heights, ideally up to 200 ft.Or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePlease note: Upon application, expect to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment to evaluate your fit for the role. Installing and maintaining various types of BillboardsRemoving and hanging flexes, vinyls; cutting and preparing materials for installationsConducting repairs, including tightening bolts, painting structures, changing light bulbs, and performing minor electrical repairsBuilding extensions, handling storm damage repairs, and cleaning up job sitesUsing power and manual tools while complying with safety regulationsAttending required safety meetingsMaintaining vehicles, tools, and equipmentDocumenting completed work through photographs and logsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
