Your primary responsibility will be installing and maintaining billboards, which encompasses the installation of advertisements, structural maintenance, and ensuring the cosmetic appeal of billboard displays. This role typically involves working in a dynamic, collaborative installation crew.

Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English A collaborative mindset; must enjoy working as part of a team Basic computer proficiency, including internet navigation and Microsoft Word & Excel Commitment to adhering to Lamar safety standards in all tasks Ability to work from ladders and transport tools to job sites Understanding of electrical and fabrication skills Ability to interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and diagrams Familiarity with Lamar, Department of Transportation (DOT), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations Proficiency in using construction equipment for building and maintaining outdoor structures Capability to safely work at heights and handle installations Skilled in documentation through photographs and written logs Mathematical skills applicable to construction and operations tasks Ability to prioritize effectively based on job responsibilities Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory A valid driver's license is essential Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required Preferred certifications based on location, including CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft is a plus Alternatively, a combination of education and experience is acceptable A Day in the Life:
Install and maintain all types of billboards Handle the removal and installation of flexes and vinyls, prepare materials and install copies on Tri-Visions Perform maintenance on structures, such as tightening bolts and painting, and make repairs as needed Construct and install extensions, manage landscaping, conduct repairs after storms, and minor electrical tasks Utilize hand and power tools while ensuring compliance with safety regulations Participate in required safety meetings Maintain operational vehicles and tools Document completion of tasks with photographic evidence Physical Demands and Work Environment:
