Your Role: As part of our installation crew, you will install and maintain billboards, including putting up advertisements, maintaining structures, and ensuring billboard aesthetics. You will enjoy a thrilling, action-packed work environment.

Effective communication skills and fluency in English.A team-player attitude and a willingness to collaborate.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.Compliance with safety standards while performing work.Ability to work from ladders and transport tools to job sites.Familiarity with electrical and fabrication skills.Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.Capacity to use construction equipment safely.Comfortable working at heights of up to 200 ft.Capability to document installations through photos and logs.Strong mathematical skills relevant to construction tasks.Skill in prioritizing tasks effectively.Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.A valid driver's license is mandatory.Completion of an OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.Preferred certifications may include CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.Experience working at heights up to 200 ft. is preferred.Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.Please Note: After submitting your application, you will need to complete a short personality assessment. A Day in the Life:

Install and maintain all types of billboards.Manage installations of various billboard materials and repairs.Perform storm damage repairs and minor electrical work.Maintain tools and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.Attend safety meetings and adhere to regulations.Document completed work with photos.Physical Demands:

This position primarily involves outdoor work, including climbing to heights.Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and sustained periods of bending and reaching.Occasional night travel may be required, but less than 10% of the time.On-call shifts may be necessary.Who We Are:
