We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations crew member to be part of our billboard installation and maintenance team, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This entry-level, full-time position involves a thrilling variety of tasks including billboard installation, maintenance of advertising structures, and ensuring our billboards look their best. You'll work independently and efficiently manage your work schedule.

As part of the installation team, you'll be responsible for safely installing and maintaining billboards. This includes handling large advertisements made from vinyl and ensuring they are securely attached to the structures. The tallest billboards can reach up to 200 feet, so being comfortable with heights is essential!

Your maintenance duties will also involve construction tasks such as tightening bolts, painting, and performing minor repairs. We provide the tools; you bring your skills!

Your Responsibilities Include:

Installing and removing advertisements, including flexes and vinyls Conducting maintenance tasks such as repairs, storm damage assessments, and vegetation control Utilizing tools safely while following safety regulations Participating in safety meetings Documenting installations with photos What We Look For in You:

Ability to work independently and effectively manage your schedule Comfort working at heights up to 200 feet Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team General understanding of safety regulations and equipment operation Ability to document work thoroughly Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course Previous experience at heights is a plus Experience in construction or billboard installation is beneficial but not required Physical Demands:
