This position is dynamic and action-packed, with all necessary training and equipment provided to kickstart your journey in the outdoor advertising industry. The main purpose of this role is to install and maintain billboards, which includes setting up advertisements, maintaining the structures, and ensuring the billboards look their best. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license is mandatory Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required Preferred certifications may include CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD Prior experience working at heights, up to 200 ft, is preferred Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered Note: Upon application submission, you will be asked to complete a brief personality assessment. Physical tasks may include heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), bending, reaching, and climbing.
