Meadow Outdoor Advertising is a leading outdoor advertising company in the Pacific Northwest, with over 40 years of successful operations across Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and California. We are seeking an experiencedOutdoor Advertising Lease Manager to join our high-performing team.

This role offers acompetitive base salary commensurate with experience, excellent benefits, and a commission program. The position will support our Western Oregon and Western Washington markets, with required travel to our headquarters in The Dalles, Oregon one to two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Development

Identify and develop new billboard locationsLead static-to-digital billboard conversionsSource and execute acquisitions of available billboard inventoryExisting Inventory Management

Convert existing leases to easements where appropriateNegotiate lease extensions and renewalsOversee vegetation managementCoordinate with Operations on repair and maintenance projectsReal Estate & Regulatory Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and state regulators and administratorsMonitor and interpret applicable state and local codes, ordinances, and zoning regulations

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of outdoor advertising real estate experienceTwo (2) or more years of commercial real estate experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
