Additionally, the Policy Procedure Analyst will lead efforts in evaluating business processes, identifying procedural inefficiencies, and recommending alternative solutions. • Monitors proposed changes in federal programs, laws, and regulations, assesses their potential impact on the OA program and must be cognizant of the potential impact on future policies and programs and recommends appropriate actions to INDOT leadership. This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. • Broad knowledge of applicable federal and state programs and statutory requirements as they apply to the agency programs.
