Full-time Real Estate position. Working in L&W's office in Greenfield, Indiana.
Job Description:
Researching, contracting and negotiating new leases, renewal of leases, easements and purchases for billboard sign sites.
Responsibilities:
Scout new locations for billboards, check zoning requirements, meet with landowners and negotiate lease terms, prepare leases and acquire permits.
Maintain landowner relationships, renew existing leases, review groundrent payments, review real and personal property tax payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Valid Driver's License
Drug & Alcohol Test
Background Check
Non-Compete Agreement
Willingness to become an Indiana Notary Public
Qualifications:
2 Years Commercial Real Estate Experience
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation:
Salary $85,000 - $95,000
