The primary role involves installing, maintaining, and enhancing billboards—this includes setting up advertisements, ensuring the integrity of structures, and managing billboard aesthetics. You will typically work alongside a team in the field.

Strong communication skills; fluency in English Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Commitment to following safety standards Capability to work from ladders and transport tools Knowledge of electrical and fabrication techniques Ability to read technical documents like blueprints Familiarity with safety regulations Physical capability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class D chauffeur's driver's license Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction course Previous experience at heights preferred Please note: After submitting your application, you will need to complete an 8-15 minute personality assessment to align your skills with the requirements of this role. As a part of your day-to-day, you will:

Install and maintain billboards Prepare and handle advertising materials like flexes and vinyls Conduct necessary repairs, including tightening bolts, painting, or changing light bulbs Perform storm damage repairs and electrical maintenance Maintain tools and equipment Take documented completion photos Your primary work will take place outdoors, and you must be able to handle various weather conditions and heights of up to 200 ft. The physical demands will include lifting up to 100 pounds, frequent bending, reaching, standing, and climbing.
