Outdoor Construction

Lamar Advertising Company is seeking an Outdoor Construction professional to build, install, and maintain our billboard and digital display structures. In this field-based role, you will perform outdoor construction tasks including setting foundations, assembling and installing steel structures and faces, and completing repairs at varying heights and in all weather conditions. You will interpret work orders and drawings, operate lifts and power tools, and strictly follow OSHA and company safety procedures.

Working closely with local operations teams, you’ll help deliver high-visibility advertising assets that serve our clients and communities while building a long-term career in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
